Guardian journalist awarded Future of Journalism Global Award


Journalist and Health Editor of The Guardian Sarah Boseley won together with colleagues David Levene and Millie Harvey the award for their constructive piece on how Congo is beating a deadly disease.

At this year’s 2nd Global Constructive Journalism Conference in Geneva the Constructive Institute together with the Solutions Journalism Network presented the Future of Journalism Award.

Journalist and Health Editor of The Guardian Sarah Boseley received the award for her constructive investigation into how the Democratic Republic of Congo is beating sleeping sickness. The piece was produced for The Guardian’s Upside series together with the photographer David Levene and videographer Millie Harvey.
