Fellowship Program

Five journalists from Argentina, Australia, India, Kenya and Norway are joining us in Aarhus for five months to find constructive ways to report on the climate crisis

Throughout the year, the Generation News Avoidance team will visit Danish schools to hold workshops in constructive journalism and talk about the role of media in democracy

What We Do

At the Constructive Institute in Aarhus, we aim to save the media and democracy with journalism for tomorrow. Constructive journalism and dialogue lies at the heart of everything we do. Through our projects, international collaborations, workshops and fellowship programs, we have seen how constructive journalism can be at the forefront of elevating journalism standards and fostering change in media narratives. The Bonn Institute was jointly founded in 2022 together with German media partners. Publications, events and training courses make journalism fit for the future.

The Constructive Institute Asia Pacific at Monash University in Melbourne has been officially launched to reach out to new audiences overseas. The new CI Hub is set to open from end of 2024.
